What are my delivery options?

We currently offer 2 delivery options - Standard and Express Tracked. Standard is a flat rate of €6.50 and takes on average 7 - 10 business days. Express costs a flat rate of €13.50 and is usually 5 - 7 business days with tracking information. 

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship to Ireland via our website. We are happy to explore shipping to other countries but an increase in shipping costs will then have to be incurred by you. If you want to find out more you can contact us directly. We are not shipping to the UK at this time.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. We do not display any branding on the outer packaging of our shipments. The return address is also concealed within a documents enclosed envelope so you do not have to worry about this giving you away. All of our parcels are usually shipped in eco friendly, brown, fully-recycleable packaging – this can vary from padded envelopes to boxes depending on your order.

Inside, we do incorporate our personalised touch with recycled acid free tissue paper in our brands colours, branded stickers and a free curated sample pack of our lubricants, fragrances or scented beads depending on your order value and contents.

Why does my package smell so good?

We spritz our tissue paper in Aphrodisiac by AS. If you are sensitive to smell, or would prefer your item packed without it for whatever reason, you can pop this in the comments box at checkout. 

Can I track my order?

Yes but this is only available with the upgrade express shipping option. While we do register larger value orders we don't tend to share this information automatically.

Can I collect instead?

No, we work out of a shared residential premises and are adhering to all lockdown guidelines so unfortunately not.

Will I get a free gift?

We try to incorporate something free with all orders over a certain amount. However, this is highly dependent on what we have in stock at the time of your order. Returning regular customers are also a priority when it comes to free gifts. 

What kind of free gifts might I receive?

This will depend on stock on hand, your order value and whether or not you are a returning customer. In the past we have given out free bullets, 30ml lubricants, 10ml rollerball perfumes, elegant toy storage bags, naughty nibbles, guipure masks, handcuffs, and so on.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Yes. Our loyalty programme is similar to the type of loyalty programmes you may find on other big erotic retailers’ website. It’s points based and from time to time we may offer double and triple points events, and points giveaways in our Facebook Community.

Whether browsing on your mobile or tablet you should see a small black icon to the left of your screen that will either look like a shopping bag or say rewards. When you click this (and have signed up) you will be able to track your points balance, see ways to earn points and how to redeem them.

To redeem them you must have at least 100 points collected. When you do, you will be able to generate a discount code which you can then use to check out.

Can I use two or more discount codes at once?

No, unfortunately not. The system won’t allow it.

Can I get a discount code?

We only offer these from time to time to members of our Facebook community and mailing list subscribers. You can also join our loyalty programme and build up points as you shop which can be converted later into a discount off an order. 

Do you have an affiliate / referral programme?

No not yet. These are expensive to set up and run however if interested in being considered for future affiliate opportunities then do get in touch, we’d love to discuss this with you.

What are your payment options?

Card (via Stripe Secure Payments) or Paypal (also secure).

Do you store my payment details?

No, we don’t see these whatsoever. It’s all handled securely and safely by the payment providers.

What is your return policy?

This varies depending on the product or brand.

Ann Summers items must be returned with 21 days. Refunds will only be given if, the item is unworn with tags and seals in tact in the case of lingerie or sleepwear items, or if the box is unopened and seal in tact in the case of toy and cosmetic items. The only exception to this is that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept back certain items such as hosiery, lipgloss and ball gags. Refunds will be processed within several days of receipt as soon as feasibly possible.

We can also offer refunds or exchanges on Dr Ed, Elvie, Exsens., Fun Factory, HighOnLove, Kandid, Moon Cup, Perfect V, Slow Sex, System Jo.

The following items are exchange / credit only unless deemed faulty: Bad Kitty, Doxy, Icicles, Inspire, La Gemmes, Le Wand, Lelo, Maia, Noir Handmade, Satisfyer, Vegan Fetish, We Vibe, Womanizer, Zalo.

There can occassionally be exceptions to the rule – always good to contact us and see if you have any concerns before sending an item back. Please share as much information as possible with us.

What do I do if I suspect my product is faulty?

Please contact us to discuss with as much information as possible. Please note, wrong sizing is not considered a fault.

I’m not sure what my size is, how can I figure this out?

We try to include a size guide with each item either in the product description or photos but if you need more help to clarify this or help measuring (eg for bra fit), then you can reach out for non judgemental and confidential advice.

Do you still do parties and workshops?

Yes, however at the moment we are restricted to delivering these online only. See our events page or contact us for more info.

Do you still offer the option to order from catalogues?

Yes, you can view the most up to date options on our Campsite – if you see something you like, you can contact us to check stock and order. Payment via Paypal is preferred.

Do you have toys for men?

Yes, but only a select few. We are predominantly a business focused on pleasure for women and our transgender and NB allies.

We are a safe non - judgemental space though and happy to help you source something we don’t stock via our Concierge service. All we ask is that you are respectful of our staff and their boundaries too, we will not tolerate inappropriate communications.

Do you support other small businesses / crafters?

If you are a small business or crafter with a product that might appeal to our customers then we would love to hear from you.
